M4 Sandy Storms

My last post was my last day in Europe.  I am now in the dessert of the Arabian Peninsula. I try not to complain about the weather, but is really windy out. I have now been walking 10 miles, and have not seen a water source. Off in the distance, I see what appears to be a small grope of people on camels. They slowly ride up to me.

"What are you doing alone in the desert little girl?" A man asked me. He smelled like mud, and spoiled milk. His teeth were yellow and his hair was tangled.

"I'm trying to find some water and shade." I replayed. "Do you think I can borrow one of your camels?"

The man thought for a bit and said "No, but we are on are way to the oasis. Would you like to join us?" He asked me. The oasis dose sound good, and i don't want walk any more. I agreed and the man gave me a camel. I didn't quite know how to get on it, so i made it sit down so I can jump on it. The camel stood upright, and we all started walking through the dessert.

It felt like hours in the sun. I got sand in my eyes, and my face was red from the heat. I felt a refreshing dash of air, then another. I looked off in the distance to see where it was coming from, and I saw a giant sandstorm!

"Hurry!" I yelled. "Hold your camels to the ground!" The men did what I said and we all held the feet of the camels. The sand swept over us, taking a few men with it. I did not look up. I held my ground until the cost was clear. I slowly got up and saw that most of are stuff was scatted all over. "There is no time for are items,” The gross man said. "We need to get to water, and shelter." He pointed to a patch of land. It was colorful and animated. When we reached the water I dove in. I sat in the shade, and enjoyed the story’s the group told. Besides the storm, this was a mission well done.

M3 I'm in a play?

I opened my eye's to the bright rays of the sun. I slowly sat up in a daze. I have been sleeping on the floor for the last few days. My stomach started to roar as I got up. My leg's stumbled across the floor to the door. It looked pitch dark outside.  The only light  was in a small part of the street where the moon hit. It was probably stupid to go out this late, but I was to hungry to wait for sunrise.
I walked over to the towns only healthy garden, and picked some fresh vegetables. Then I sat their, by the river, slowly nibbling on a chariot. I noticed a quick light fly across the ground. I stood up to get a better look.  I saw a stage just over the horizon. A group of 4 or 5 men were trying to build a boat. Well, it looked like a boat, but I could not tell from this far away. I swam to the other side of the river and went over to the stage. So they were building a boat.
"You do know that wood is a safety hazard right?" I asked the men. They smiled and said "Little girl, don't you know this is the wood that Noah used for his arch? The same wood that helped humans and animals live? Silly girl, you must know nothing about mystery plays!"
"Mystery plays?" They gasped and a low voiced man said.
"How do you not know about mystery plays? It's like you were raised by monkey's!" Tell me about it I thought to my self. If only people can see what it was like in my time. They might go crazy and commit a homicide so never mind. "Mystery plays are about story's from the bible. We are presenting 'Noah's ark' He built this ark because god sent him a massage saying there would be a big rain storm, and he need to put all the animals on a ark so that they can be saved." A Short man was speaking now. "Noah got 1 animal from each gender. So 2 pigs, 2 sheep and so on. When the rain storm hit, the people and animals that were not on the ark, died."
"So why are you building one?" I asked them. I wanted to know if a big rain storm was coming here.
"So we can use it for a play of coarse!"
"Can I be in it?" Back in high school, plays were my thing.
"If you can make some rain come down yes." They laughed. "We highly doubt that you can do that, but good luck!" They turned around and continued to make the ark from rotting wood. How am i supposed to make rain come down? I thought. I have only seen it once, but it took the master many years to fully understand how it works.
I tried many different ways for rain, but nothing happened. The closest i got was making lightning zap my foot. It was soon dark, so i went to bed. In the morning, i went to the stage again. “No luck?” The short man asked. “Nope”I replied. “I guess we can just do the play with out rain.” The low voice man said. I sighed and took my seat. When it was time for the rain, i saw a blue sea shell by the river. I went to go pick it up, and a little girl bumped me. I flew in to the water. I got up and threw my hands in the air. All of a sudden, rain started to fall from the sky. The men looked up, then at me, and back up again.
After the play was done, they came running up to me. “How did you do that?
“I didn't do it.” I said.
“Oh yes you did. We saw you.” They replied. “It was like magic!”
“Magic?”
“That’s it! Your a Which! We shall burn you!”They tryed to grab me, but i jumped in to the water and swam away. Carrying my blue shell in hand.
